LEGAL TERMS INTERNATIONAL PROMOTION “KRESS REAL MADRID EXPERIENCE”

1. ORGANISING COMPANY

The promotion “Kress Real Madrid Experience” (hereinafter, the “Promotion”) is organised by BITEC TOOLS IBÉRICA S.A., with registered office at C/REY PASTOR 17, LEGANÉS, and identification number A84666916, which organises, for promotional purposes, the draw (hereinafter, the “Promotion”), international in scope, carried out via the Internet, exclusively for users residing in Spain, France, Germany, Italy, the UK and the Netherlands, and of legal age in accordance with the participation conditions.

2. TERRITORIAL SCOPE

The Promotion will take place in the following countries: Spain, France, Germany, Italy, the UK and the Netherlands.

The specific conditions for each country are set out in the corresponding Annexes.

3. DURATION

The Promotion will be valid from April 20, 2026 to June 30, 2026, both inclusive.

4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Eligible participants:

  • Natural persons over 18 years of age
  • Legal residents in participating countries
  • Who purchase a Kress RTKn product during the promotional period

Excluded:

  • Employees of the Organisation
  • Partner companies
  • Immediate family members of the above

5. PARTICIPATION MECHANICS

To participate, users must:

  • Purchase a Kress RTKn product within the promotional period
  • Access the official Promotion landing page
  • Complete the registration form
  • Upload valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
  • Accept these Legal Terms

Each valid participation will generate one (1) entry in the draw.

The Organisation reserves the right to verify the authenticity of entries.

6. PRIZE

Main prize

  • 1 Real Madrid experience for one team (max. 20 people)

Includes:

  • Trip to Madrid¹
  • Accommodation
  • Santiago Bernabéu stadium
  • Experience at Ciudad Real Madrid
  • Training session led by Club coaches

¹ Includes direct flights (whenever possible) and transfers in Madrid

7. PRIZE CONDITIONS

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • The Organisation may modify the contents for justified reasons
  • Dates subject to Club availability
  • Use of the prize subject to sporting, institutional and organisational availability

8. WINNER SELECTION

  • The winner will be selected by random draw
  • The draw will take place on June 30, 2026. The Organisation reserves the right to modify the draw date depending on the event dates (June/July 2026).
  • At least 2 alternates will be selected in case the winner cannot be contacted.

The process may be audited by an independent third party if required by local legislation.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

  • The winner will be contacted via email/phone
  • They will have 5 calendar days to accept the prize
  • If no response, the prize will be assigned to an alternate


10. USE OF IMAGE AND CONTENT

Participants agree that, if they are winners, their image, name and content generated during the experience may be used for promotional purposes by:

  • Positec / Kress
  • Real Madrid C.F.
  • Without additional compensation.

11. TRADEMARK OWNERSHIP AND RELATIONSHIP WITH REAL MADRID

The Promotion is carried out in collaboration with Real Madrid C.F., without implying any direct employment or contractual relationship with participants.

The use of the Club’s trademarks, images and assets is subject to its own rules and authorisations.

12. DATA PROTECTION

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR):

  • Controller: BITEC TOOLS IBÉRICA S.A.
  • Purpose: management of the Promotion
  • Legal basis: participant consent
  • Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability

Data will not be shared except where legally required or for prize management.

13. LIABILITY

The Organisation is not responsible for:

  • Technical or connection failures
  • Incomplete or fraudulent entries
  • Cancellations due to external causes (including sporting or institutional)

14. FORCE MAJEURE

The Organisation reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion due to force majeure.

15. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Participation implies full acceptance of these Terms.

16. APPLICABLE LAW

This Promotion shall be governed by German law, without prejudice to the specific provisions of each country.

  • Prize subject to personal income tax according to applicable legislation
  • The Organisation will apply the corresponding withholding

🇫🇷 ANNEX FRANCE

  • Compliance with CNIL regulations

🇩🇪 ANNEX GERMANY

  • Compliance with Wettbewerbsrecht regulations

🇮🇹 ANNEX ITALY (CRITICAL)

Mandatory before launch:

  • Registration in PREMA (Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico)
    Appointment of a notary or certifying entity
  • Without these requirements → the promotion is not valid in Italy

  • Compliance with the Dutch Code of Promotional Games of Chance
