LEGAL TERMS INTERNATIONAL PROMOTION “KRESS REAL MADRID EXPERIENCE”

1. ORGANISING COMPANY

The promotion “Kress Real Madrid Experience” (hereinafter, the “Promotion”) is organized by BITEC TOOLS IBÉRICA, S.A., with registered address at C/ Rey Pastor 17, Leganés (Madrid), and tax identification number A84666916 (hereinafter, the “Organizer”).

The Promotion has an international scope and will be conducted via the Internet.

2. TERRITORIAL SCOPE

The Promotion will be valid in the following territories:

  • Spain
  • France
  • DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland)
  • United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland
  • Benelux (Netherlands and Luxembourg)
  • Scandinavian countries (Denmark, Norway and Finland)

3. DURATION

The Promotion will run from May 20th, 2026, to November 19th, 2026, both dates inclusive, at 11:59 PM (CET).

Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

The following individuals may participate in the Promotion:

  • Natural persons over 18 years of age.
  • Residents in the specified territories.
  • Individuals who purchase a Kress RTKn product during the promotional period.

The following are excluded:

  • Employees of the Organizer.
  • Partner companies  to the Organizer.
  • Immediate family members of the above.
  • Purchasing this product is solely for the purpose of qualifying for participation in the promotion. No costs beyond the usual purchase price will be incurred.
  • No alternative free participation option is available.
  • The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants in cases of attempted manipulation or violations of these terms and conditions.

5. PARTICIPATION MECHANICS

To participate, users must:

  • Purchase a Kress RTKn product during the promotional period
  • Access the official Promotion landing page
  • Complete the registration form at the Landing Page
  • Upload valid proof of purchase (receipt)
  • Accept these Terms and Conditions

Each valid participation will generate one (1) entry into the draw.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of entries and to exclude any that are deemed fraudulent.

6. PRIZE

Main prize

  • One (1) Real Madrid experience for a team (maximum 20 people)

Includes:

  • Trip to Madrid¹
  • ****Hotel Accommodation – double rooms
  • Santiago Bernabéu Stadium tour
  • Experience at Ciudad Real Madrid
  • Training session led by Club coaches

¹ Includes direct flights (where possible from main city airports), meals and transfers in Madrid. Other expenses such as insurances, personal expenses, visa or entry costs, costs resulting from individual travel changes, meals except where expressly included, are not included and they will be covered by the winner selected Team.

The winner is responsible for obtaining valid travel documents in due time.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed in whole or in part for cash.

Any taxes, duties, charges or other costs arising in connection with the prize shall be borne solely by the winner.

7. PRIZE CONDITIONS

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part of it), where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, with an alternative of equal value.
  • Dates are subject to Club availability
  • The Organizer reserves the right to adjust the draw dates or the timing of the experience where objectively justified for organizational or operational reasons.

8. WINNER SELECTION

Two draws will be held on the following dates among all participants from the mentioned regions: Spain, France, DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), Italy , United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg), Nordic countries (Denmark, Norway and Finland)

  • First draw: June 30th, 2026 (estimated event: 21-22 July 2026)
  • Second draw: November 20th, 2026 (estimated event: first half of 2027)

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these dates depending on event availability.

Selection will include:

  • 1 winner per draw
  • At least 2 alternates per winner

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

  • The winners will be notified using the contact details provided in the registration form.
  • The winner must expressly accept the prize within five (5) calendar days from receipt of the notification.

    If no response is received within this period, the claim to the prize shall expire and the Organizer shall be entitled to designate an alternate winner

10. USE OF IMAGE AND CONTENT

  • The winners agree that photo, video and audio recordings may be created during the Promotion and the prize experience.
  • The Organizer and partner companies involved in the implementation of the Promotion, including Real Madrid C.F., are entitled to use such recordings as well as the names and likenesses of the winners for reporting, communication and promotional purposes related to the Promotion in digital and printed media.
  • This consent is granted free of charge and may be revoked at any time with future effect, provided that no overriding legitimate interests of the Organizer prevent such revocation.

11. TRADEMARK OWNERSHIP AND RELATIONSHIP WITH REAL MADRID

The Promotion is carried out in collaboration with Real Madrid C.F., without implying any direct contractual relationship between participants and the Club.

The use of the Club’s trademarks, images and assets is subject to its internal regulations and approvals.

12. DATA PROTECTION

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR):

Personal data collected in connection with the Promotion will be processed exclusively for the implementation and administration of the Promotion.

The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures or contract performance) and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

Personal data will only be disclosed to third parties where necessary for the implementation of the Promotion or fulfillment of the prize, or where legally required.

Personal data will be deleted after completion of the Promotion and expiration of statutory retention periods.

Participants have the right at any time to:

  • access,
  • rectification,
  • erasure,
  • restriction of processing,
  • data portability,
  • withdrawal of granted consent,
  • and to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

Personal data will only be used for marketing purposes where separate explicit consent has been granted.

13. LIABILITY

The Organizer shall not be held liable for:

  • Technical or connection failures
  • Incomplete or incorrect entries
  • Cancellations or modifications due to external causes
  • The Organizer shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as in the event of culpable injury to life, body, or health.
  • In the event of slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability shall be limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or prematurely terminate the Promotion for important reasons where proper implementation cannot be guaranteed due to legal, technical or factual circumstances.

This applies in cases of force majeure, official measures, or failure of partner services.

15. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The Promotion is conducted in cooperation with Real Madrid C.F.

However, no direct contractual relationship shall arise between participants and Real Madrid C.F.

The use of trademarks, logos, images and other rights of Real Madrid C.F. is carried out exclusively within the scope of existing authorizations and the club’s internal guidelines.

16. APPLICABLE LAW

Participation in the Promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
